Oé, Le Crémant! This is the first sparkling wine in the Oé selection that we produced with Mickaël and Stéphane, Oé winemakers in Pfaffenheim, Alsace. The team recommends it as an aperitif or with dessert, paired with seafood or bloomy rind cheeses like Camembert or Brie.
This wine contains sulfites and is not suitable for pregnant women.
